Welcome to our blog!

B7 has been learning how to be good digital citizens by using the internet appropriately and thinking about our online communication.

Please take a look through our terms of use for the class blog. 

If you have any suggestions or a good point that we may have left out, 

please tell us in the comments below!

Uploading work: 

• Check your spelling/final work with a teacher
• Don't write anything silly/post personal information
• Double-check your work yourself (do it nice or do it twice)
• Ask information or permission before using someone's name/idea
• make sure your sentences make sense

Browsing the blog:

• compliments/feedback on the posts
• tell the others about their mistakes so they can fix it
• do not get into other people's account
• do not delete other people's post

Commenting:

• use the motivators in your comments
• don't comment mean or silly things
• encouragements
• read the full post before commenting

Examples of good feedback and questions:

• asking why questions "why did you choose to do this topic"
• I have learnt.../I learned that...
• I suggest that...
• I think you can work on.../You did well, maybe you can...
• Tell me more about...
• link the post and information together
• this reminds me of... (connect to your experience)

Safe use:

• go on age-appropriate things
• don't share your password with others
• don't message or link work to strangers
• if you see ads, don't click it!
